Student and Campus Life
- Office of Residential Life (ORL) — responsible for all of the programs and activities that develop the community within the residence halls, supports the academic mission of the university, maintains the safety and security of the residential communities, and promotes the personal growth and development of our residents.
- Student Psychological Services (SPS) — psychologists, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists provide personal counseling and clinical services to students with emotional, psychological or psychiatric concerns.
- Office of The Dean of Students — general guidance about campus policies and procedures, including student conduct.
- Student Legal Services (SLS) — legal assistance about a wide range of issues, such as landlord-tenant relations, accident and injury, domestic violence and harassment, family law, insurance, consumer questions, and university-related subjects.
- Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Campus Resource Center (LGBT) — works to maintain a safe, inclusive, and academically successful environment for LGBT students, faculty and staff.
- Cultural & Recreational Affairs (UCLA Recreation) — provides sports, fitness and wellness programs for UCLA students, faculty, staff, and alumni affiliates, and their families.
- Graduate Student Resource Center (GSRC) — works collaboratively with the Graduate Students Association and other Student Affairs units to offer programs, workshops, and services that assist graduate students with their entry and progress in graduate school.
- Center for Student Programming (CSP) — sponsors programs and offers guidance to the more than 850 student organizations at UCLA and oversees community service programs and special events. The UCLA Spirit Squad, Bruin Leaders Project, and the Rally Committee are also housed in CSP.
- Community Programs Office (CPO) — manages community service programs, as well as retention and access programs that are created and run by students. The CPO encourages students to become role models and tutors through work in several local schools and community organizations.
